Fashion Copy-Paste

New is well forgotten old! This trend holds true especially in the field of fashion.

While studying the history of fashion, Lila Ramsey begins to collate iconic fashion photographs from the past and present and publish them in her blog. Thus it clearly illustrates the cyclical nature of this industry.

Her series Part Nouveau reveals how some of the footage is simply borrowed an original idea, and in others – ugly knockoff. In some cases it might be a coincidence, but we slightly doubt…

Original or copy is better? We leave it to you to judge.
